Please be certain of your choices before submitting your order.

Refunds and Exchanges will only be honored in the event an item is defective or damaged upon receipt. Please contact LyVette@AccessorizeWithLyVette.com within 3 business days of the confirmed delivery date. The item must be returned to Accessorize With LyVette within 5 days of damage confirmation. Shipping will be at the customer's expense. Once item is received, you will be sent a replacement, if available. If item is not available, you will receive a store credit.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing, before item is shipped.

Once a tracking number has been provided for your order, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Tracking confirms the responsibility of Accessorize With LyVette delivering your item as promised; thereafter, the liability falls solely on the carrier.
